This craft beer, made in collaboration with award winning Bird Rock Coffee Roasters, gets its back bone by using Maris Otter as the base with a triad of chocolate and crystal malts, which impart a smooth and rich malt character. We infused that with a special Kenyan Makwa coffee using a cold extraction method. The coffee imparts dark fruit, chocolate, plum, and blackberry jam characteristics. 6.0% ABV.
