Belgian Abbey Ale infused with Coffee7.2% ABV
This is a coffee-infused version of our Trappist-style Abbey Ale. Handlebar Abbey punctuates malty complexity with the bright aromas and low acidity of cold-pressed coffee from our friends at Handlebar Coffee Roasters in Santa Barbara. Rich mahogany color, huge aroma dominated by coffee and stone-fruit esters; rich, full mouthfeel; moderate hop bitterness. This is a complex beer that finishes refreshingly dry.
