This recipe was created by Jason as a throw back to a home brew recipe that Jason and Chris created over six years ago back in the garage days of brewing. Massive amounts of Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand and a light malt bill make this pale ale stand out from the crowd with pineapple, orange, and lemon character allowing it's unique Southern Hemisphere hops to shine through.
