Cross Town Traffic (Firestone Collaboration)

We brewed this IPA with our great friends Matt Bryndilson (Brewmaster) and Dustin Kral (Head Brewer) of Firestone Walker. The idea was to use a grain known as Extra premium pilsner malt to achieve an extremely light color to truly allow the hops to shine. American hops such as Denali, Ekuanot, and Mosaic we're used to lay a base layer of Tropical citrus, stone fruit, berries, and pine, while Australian hops like Galaxy, and Vic Secret were used to add a tropical resinous punch to this unique IPA.
