Oy! This brew here, mates, has 3 different Southern hemisphere hop varietals to assault your tongue with unique hop flavors. Aromas of tropical citrus, stone fruit, Sauvignon Blanc, and resinous pine are prevalent. Down Unda Thunda takes you to a land full of the most deadly animals, beautiful beaches, and vegemite. We used a unique Belgian yeast strain to bring out the bright fruit character of this beer, while balancing underlying resinous tones of Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, and Pacific Jade hops. The malt bill is simple and uses two-row barley, Vienna, and flaked rye to ensure that hops take the lead. Clash a pint with your mates, scream Oy! and repeat.
