Ok, Karen is a lovely hazy double IPA with a hop feature that is two fold. Citra is a crowd pleaser that brings lovely guava, citrus, and lychee notes, while experimental varietal HBC 586 is loaded with mango, bubblegum, and very faint hints of tarragon and dill. We have heard that Hazy's are the thing going these days so we had a little talk with our brewing manager to get something working. With a few finger points and some well executed stares we were able to get our way with this lovely balanced hazy double IPA.
