Some people tell us our Hurricane Deck DIPA is strong - body, alcohol and hop character. Some people think it's too strong for them. So, we doubled it. We mashed in two Hurricanes and ran off half the normal volume each, then we added double the normal hop charges - including dryhop. That's almost six pounds per barrel!
