III (pronounced as “three”) is our hybrid of a Tripel and a Double IPA brewed with Brettanomyces. III is brewed with pilsner malt and a touch of unmalted wheat along with copious amounts of hops. This version was lagered in Merlot barrels before being dry hopped with whole cone Mosaic hops. Blended 2/4/16
