Carefully crafted with dark roasted caramel flavors, sweet undertones, and a touch of smokiness. Distinctly dark hued with a silky smooth finish, this Smoked Porter offers up a guilty treat worthy of confession.

A Warm, rustic inviting beer. Smoky flavor made with cherry wood smoked malt. Hints of decadent dark chocolate. A nice balance of bitterness and smooth finish. This Smoked Porter uses a Irish Ale yeast and a generous use of English hops to give it delightful appeal.

Food Pairing: Serve in a 13oz Goblet glass between 45-55 degrees F. Pairs well with Asiago, Brie, Colby, Emmental, Gloucester, Gouda (aged), Gruyère cheeses, Roasted, smoked and barbecued foods, including beef, poultry, seafood, sausage, chili and hearty stews.
