Toolbox Brewing Co Unite Expression (Iwcbd 2016)

March 8th, International Women's Day, is also the International Women's Collaboration Brew Day for female brewers, both professional and home. Each year unitebrew.org introduces a different brew to encourage collaboration and unity across the globe. The brew for 2016 titled "Unite Expression" was developed to educate, encourage enrichment and to allow all participants to express their individual brewing styles and skill sets.

~Our IWCBD Unite Expression wild ale was inspired by the Hawaiian value "Laulima" (many hands working together) incorporating the Hawaiian hibiscus flower along with native La Jolla sea salt. Reminiscent of a Gose style ale with just a hint of salinity and floral essence alongside hints of Brett character & light oak.
