What is more Classic San Diego than craft beer and The Fish Taco?This second annual event celebrates the two SD staples, along with thefeatured Fish Taco TKO Competition that will pit the top fish tacomakers against each other in a mouthwateringbattle of this SD favorite.Hosted at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens Liberty Station, attendees will be immersed in a true San Diegoexperience sampling unique craft beers that have been hand-selected by our own Dr Bill Sysak for pairings with each of thechefs fish tacocreations.Check back in periodically (here and on FB), as well be updating the participating restaurants and taco/beer pairings as we learn of them!
