Eleven hides along a quiet stretch of El Cajon Boulevard, across from a few auto repair shops and a Church’s Chicken. Housed in the space that was formerly the Radio Room, this small live-music venue has become one of the newest craft beer go-tos in San Diego. The bar sports an 16-beer “tap tower” and a small bottle list hovering around 15 beers. Their daily happy hour goes from 5–8 p.m. and offers $1 off all beers and cocktails, but the best deal is the $4 “Big Mug” of Eleven Lager, brewed locally by Gordon Biersch. On Monday nights, all drafts are just $3. Check their calendar for the wide array of performing musical talent, or, if you want to flex your own musical skills, stop in for Karaoke night on Sundays. The in-the-shell peanuts and great jukebox all add to making Eleven “one more.”
