Description by Eric Tellez
A quaint candle-lit niche located in the heart of North Park, Ritual Tavern is an exquisite example of excellence. With a great selection of craft beer, on both bottle and tap, an outstanding menu, and a friendly and very knowledgeable staff, you will be nothing short of impressed when visiting Ritual Tavern. As avid fans of craft beer and quality food, the owners are always on-sight looking to share their love and dedication for fine drink and fare. The patrons here are usually as friendly as the staff and that is a huge plus. Although Ritual Tavern is a small establishment, through it’s consistent participation in, and consistent promotion of, local craft beer events, Ritual Tavern is a powerhouse in the craft beer scene in San Diego.

Stone Enjoy By 10.31.14 Imperial IPA
9.4%
Stone Brewing Co., Escondido, CA

You have in your hands a devastatingly fresh double IPA. While freshness is a key component of many beers – especially big, citrusy, floral IPAs – we’ve taken it further, a lot further, in this IPA. You see, we specifically brewed it NOT to last. We’ve not only gone to extensive lengths to ensure that you’re getting this beer in your hands within an extraordinarily short window, we made sure that the Enjoy By date isn’t randomly etched in tiny text somewhere on the label, to be overlooked by all but the most attentive of retailers and consumers. Instead, we’ve sent a clear message with the name of the beer itself that there is no better time than right now to enjoy this IPA. 9.4% ABV.
